Our mission
Kongo Habitat SARL U is a real estate developer based in Muanda, on the Atlantic coast of Kongo-Central — the DRC's only coastline. Our mission: making land ownership accessible in a fast-growing area, with clear contracts, secured sites, and full support from plot to turnkey home.
Through Résidence MALKIA, we design a beachfront living environment of serviced residential plots and eco-friendly villas, built to last and to grow the wealth of each buyer.
